I stopped in the shop a few weeks ago after a long absence and was horrified to learn they no longer make the cakes. Now we all need this book, so we can make them ourselves. When I have insomnia, the truffle recipe magically materializes in the fridge. Now that is a great book. Plus the photos are just lush. (
