I really liked the hero devlin marsh but could not believe that leila was just going arund kissing all these guys to find her ninja. It was sweet how at first , i thought of her as a spoiled brat but then began to regard her as more of a woman, as the book continued. what kind of girl , would stick with a guy like elliot, when she had a ninja who adored her. I kept on wanting to shake leila for being so cluesless. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña

It is a skilful tease of readers who wait upon Dr Devlin Marshall and Leila to find their way to each other. They have been in love for years, or at least he has, and she seems to have been subconsciously.
The story is tightly wound around these two, with little else happening, so if it wasn't for the restrained passion of Marsh, and the ever ratcheting up of the tension between the two, then I may not have got to the end.
It's beautiful how buttoned down Marsh makes the decision that he has to reveal more of himself to Layla if she is to know him. Leila was a little unbelievable in that she didn't seem to hear what Devlin said to her, even when she really wanted to hear it! ( )
