My niece is obsessed with this series, and it's not hard to see why. The illustrations are bright and colorful, and the writing is easy to understand, even for a six-year-old. Fans who already love Anne of Green Gables and young readers who haven't been introduced to Anne yet will love this book.

Firstly, I want to say, what a charming cover this book came with. It feels like books from the 1960s and 1970s, not only by appearance, but also the texture of the cover. Very lovely story for kids, easy to read, with an extra excitement being part of a series of books. It is written for younger children, but still enjoyable for older kids who enjoy adventure!

Anne Dares is a wonderful edition to this series! A good introduction to Anne of Green Gables, as well as a wonderful stand alone series. Beautifully illustrated. This series is treasured in our home.

Loved it! These chapter books are the perfect way to introduce my littles to Anne Shirley. Excited to read them all.

Read this with my own little Anne and we both adored it. This is honestly such a great introduction to young reader to such a great series. We are hoping to get more of this particular series in the future ( )
