Jo Campbell has passed away, but before she can move on, she must learn the life lessons she has overlooked by revisiting her memories. Along the way she relieves past hurts and also sees the other side of the stories.

This was a unique look on the afterlife. We all hear about revisiting memories as we pass away, but this was actually a rather plausible way for it to happen. There were many difficult areas of Jo's life that we got to see, but she prevails in the end. My heart ached from all of the sadness but at the same time, once she began to understand what was needed to move on, I began cheering her on. All in all, this novel was brilliantly written and I absolutely cannot wait for Eternal Dawn! ( )
