I received a free copy of this novel in exchange for my honest review. This was an inspirational story of survival and forgiveness. Hadassah had been through, what I’d consider, a lifetime of nightmares. In this book she discussed her childhood, which to me seemed quite short. The horrible experiences she endured would cause her childhood to be taken from her. Her story was heartbreaking, I cried through the entire thing, so be sure to have a box of Kleenex handy. This novel was beautifully written and one I enjoyed very much. I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to review this book and it has taught me quite a bit about fighting my own “demons”. I pray someday I will overcome them and find closure the way Hadassah has. ( )
