"Eating Gluten-Free With Emily" tells the story of a young girl named Emily who is diagnosed with celiac disease. Celiac disease means her body is unable to process gluten in the same way others can. Emily has a special diet that consist of eating foods that don't contain gluten, and some special foods that are marked gluten-free. This book is great for any child with celiac disease, as it breaks the information down in easy to understand terms.

The books talks about a little girl named Emily who finds out she has Celiac Disease and so she has to eat Gluten-Free foods. In the book they talk about some of the struggles she faces, like people forgetting she can't eat gluten, and how she over comes them. In the end she meets a boy who also has Celiac disease and they share their gluten-free smores.
