David has lived the past year afraid of things that go bump in the night. After being battered by a former boyfriend, he has lost the ability to trust -- that is, until he meets Jory. At first glance, the man seems to be perfect for him. They enjoy an instant connection and a camaraderie that buoys both up -- for a short time. Soon, David begins to suspect that Jory is keeping secrets from him. There are too many unexplained occurrences.
