I have purchased, and later discarded, many cookbooks after realizing that I only used a couple of their recipes. And I've refrained from buying many new cookbooks because most of them don't really contain many new ideas. But this cookbook is different: it contains recipes I've never seen before, as well as combinations that I would never have thought of on my own. And having now made a number of these recipes, I have to say that they are great. If you're tired of the same old recipes and ideas, check out this cookbook. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised! ( )
