This is a fantastic book for people who want to change habits, sleep better, kick addictions or lose weight. Instead of focussing on the badness of the habit or working to get rid of the problem, this book helps the person change their mindset. It works on the positive changes and finding solutions. It is easy to read and follow and includes many explanations and easy to follow instructions for exercises, meditation and mindfulness. This is not a book to read once - this is a manual - or a workbook, to use while becoming the person you want to be. But there are many different ways to approach it, so it really is One Size Fits All. It is full of wisdom, experience that the author has garnered over 35 years of practice. I highly recommend this as a book to keep, a book to gift, ad a book to write on, highlight and add sticky notes. ( )
