Summary:
In this book the kids get to read and see all the different landmarks around the world such as The Grand Canyon, The Great Wall of China, and The Eiffel Tower. It gives the kids an insight about what the different places around the world may look like, or at least part of them.
Personal Reaction:
I find this book to be a fun way that kids could learn about important landmarks that different countries have around the world.
Classroom Extension Ideas:
1. Have the students pick one of the Landmarks from the book and draw a picture and list at least three fun facts about it. (Parents help allowed if needed).

Summary: Pack your bags kiddos and take an adventure around the world with beautiful photography and information about some of the worlds most famous places that are far away and we may never see in person but this book makes it feel close!

Personal reaction: I want to travel the world even more now! I can see how this would spark interest for children who have never left their town state or country. Beautiful photos and cool facts.

Classroom extensions: Have the children pick one place from the book they would love to visit most. pick one place as a classroom and have a party themed in their tradition if applicable, bring my treasures from around the world to open up discussion about different places beyond our backyard. ( )
