Quick little pocket book with about 112 pages. I stuck it in my purse and have been reading it on the go in little bites. It is well researched and has some really good tips for getting off your digital devices more. I recommend it if you want some encouragement in that area. I could have read it all in about an hour so know it is a tiny little read. ( )
