I read a different book about sleep a few months ago (Why We Sleep: Unlocking the Power of Sleep and Dreams by Matthew P. Walker
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/34466963 ) . It had a lot of interesting info about the science of what sleep is and how it works - but I really didn’t like Walker’s writing style.
This book concentrates a lot more on sleep problems and medical approaches to them. Kind of dull but ok. One of the interesting themes was the inter-relatedness of depression and sleep problems. ( )
