![]() mom (316) Actualmente no hay Conversaciones sobre este libro. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I haven't read any of the Mrs. Murphy series before and since I love cozy mysteries I was excited when I was awarded this book by the ER program. It wasn't for me. I felt the author was 'telling' me everything about the story instead of letting my imagination fill in some of the details. I thought that the pets interactions were for the most part page filler. I think it distracted rather than enhanced the story. I also felt that the going back and forth between the two time periods were distracting and I found myself resenting the modern day story because the early period story was so much more interesting. I also am not a fan of politics especially with the precedential elections going on and all of the turmoil that followed it and this book had a lot of political aspects and lectures. Maybe if I had read the series from the start it would have been better for me but I won't be reading another mystery from this series. ![]() sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
