This is a great book with some interesting recipes and a nice backstory on how exactly a green smoothie cleanse works. It's a bit different from a typical smoothie in the way that it focuses more on leafy green vegetables and less on fruit (though you are able to add some if you so desire). I like how I am able to read it on my Kindle, which can easily accompany me to the grocery store as I search for ingredients. ( )

This ebook is not long, but it's organized well, the ingredients are easy to find, and the instructions are easy to follow. All of the recipes are made with natural and/or healthy ingredients. The book includes about 35 recipes. The Pina Colada one is tasty and I look forward to trying the almond butter and jelly (made with real fruit) concoction as well.

I was impressed with the amount and quality of the information provided in these pages. Not only was what a detox is, why you should do one or if you should do one but it also included information as to why each fruit or vegetable is included in the smoothie.
Plus all the recipes were in tact with clear and concise direction but all the ingredients described in the directions were on the ingredients list.
