This was tough to rate....it wasn't terrible and I "might" be tempted to read the next one. It was a bit busy with much that was too over the top to believe even for fiction. Lucy is an Academy Award winning actress who does music videos, sings perfectly in a band, has a brother who is an actor, and a sister who is a model. They are all crazy famous! I felt it was too long with too much going on! I had trouble with the switching of speakers not being clear causing confusion. One paragraph they would be on an airplane to Vegas then the next in a hotel room in Vegas. I did do some skimming after 3/4 through. Jessie of course was a mega famous rock star with a huge cock who could have sex 5 times in a row with minimal recovery.....like I said....unbelievable! ( ) A chance meeting with a rockstar idol (ten minutes in the airport) and six years later being cast for a music video of the same star. Sparks fly, and while that would have been a good plot, Mercier took a spoon and tossed it into a salad spinner. Why do authors pick teen/young adult for the MCs? Falling Down is the story of rather lazy actress on top of the circuit with her top model cousin, who also doesn't give much work toward being the top. For someone who doesn't care about putting effort in, there is no realism in the entire story, except the Rockstar enjoys having sex (but with the normal stigma of drug abuse he wouldn't be well endowed to cause panic unless he was on viagra and steroids 24/7) I digress. I had hopes for Falling Down (there's a collection of books in the series), but it left me disappointed and wondering how starved our mentalities are that we are willing to go along with anything. Don't get me started on the tense switching. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña

I was twelve when I started crushing on him. I was seventeen when I met him by chance and our connection was made. Now here I am, twenty-three, and I'm one of the two actresses in the video for his band's latest single. Jesse Kingston is a tall, dark, and gorgeous temptation I'm finding hard to resist. It ends up not being as simple as doing a job and going home. It can't be when he continually makes his presence known with his not-so-innocent touches and sexy words. There is no avoiding him, and after spending so much time with him, I'm not sure I want to. So, when he proposes a weekend together, I throw caution to the wind and say yes. I'm going to ignore the warning signs and do what I normally wouldn't. I'm going to indulge my fantasies and give this sexy rocker what he wants and something he won't soon forget-me. The only question is: Is one weekend going to be enough? Will our time end up changing this bad boy? Or will it end up changing me? Contains mature themes.
