Ӕ Just recently I was given the three Toy Story movies, which I would never have thought of watching otherwise. Still, Christmas evening and the next two nights, out they came. Somebody subsequently asked me which I liked best. I have to say number two as it captures so brilliantly the nature of the collector, the horrible Chicken Man. I guess I've been both sides of that, the collector turned seller and yep, inside we all have the heart of the the Chicken Man. Boy is that a hard confession to make. I was also asked which character I liked best. Buzz, of course, with his never give up optimism. Just thinking about that makes me feel like I could ingest a little of it right now. Mmm. That feels better. I found number three a little odd compared with the others. Adult themes, and really scary. Still, I guess kids simply see different things from adults in movies and may not have felt the discomfort that I suffered in this one. It didn't seem to have the funny relief of the others, it was just nasty. There's that thing about presents. Do you buy something YOU like, or something you think the other person will? I'm not sure what it was in this case, but it worked. Smiley face. Just recently I was given the three Toy Story movies, which I would never have thought of watching otherwise.
