They say you learn to walk by walking, but you do not learn to decide just by making decisions. There are methods and principles that can help us make better decisions. To better illustrate us, the authors recall the well known tragedy of the Titanic, and have dedicated themselves to draw parallels between the bad decisions taken in the sinking of the ship dubbed the "unsinkable" and decisions adopted in all our lives work and personal.
