A photographer globally renowned for her experiments with light, she has exhibited her works in the world's leading galleries and is represented by the most famous contemporary art gallery, the Gagosian Gallery A highly personal interpretation of the light box enabled Elisa Sighicelli to play with light and the details of her photographs. Her partial illuminations, carefully studied, succeed in creating spatial depth and metaphysical concepts, that are almost beyond any dimension of time. Sighicelli's visual research focuses on comparing micro and macro sales on an equal basis, thanks to a conscious use of the horizon, the interplay of shadows and reflected light.
